Two River Yoga

 

Hi, I’m Mimi Cross, and this is my calling card, Two River Yoga.

My yoga focus is private, individualized instruction, so if that’s what you’re looking for, you’re in the right place. I’ve been leading yoga classes and guiding individuals in private practice throughout the Two River region of Monmouth County, New Jersey since 2001.

A certified Kripalu yoga teacher, I offer a heart-centered approach to the path of yoga. This develops the body, mind, and spirit in a compassionate and non-judgmental way. I’m experienced instructor and am happy to offer personalized sessions for beginners, advanced yoga practitioners, and those in between.
