Welcome to Two River Yoga, where the focus is on private, individualized instruction.

Mimi Cross has been leading yoga classes and guiding individuals in private practice throughout the Two River region of Monmouth County, New Jersey since 2001.

A certified Kripalu yoga teacher, she offers a heart-centered approach to the path of yoga. This develops the body, mind, and spirit in ways that are compassionate and non-judgmental.
